Best practice: Cooperation within the Stakeholder Group of ClusterFY in Slovakia
Representatives of Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency, Ministry of Economy, the Union of Slovak Clusters and interested clusters (including Bioeconomy Cluster) formed a “cluster (stakeholder) working group” within the project ClusterFY. This group strongly contributed to the cluster-dedicated call, which was launched in February 2020 and constitutes an important step towards improved cluster policy in Slovakia.
The good practice highlights the importance of leadership and inclusive internal working groups to promote interregional collaboration within the Interreg Europe project CLUSTERFY. The Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency has led many open meetings with quadruple helix stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss on the most effective policies to respond to local challenges while learning from interregional exchanges with partners.
