Founding and associated members have a right to vote in the General Assembly.<\/p><p><strong>Governing Board<\/strong> &#8211; it is the executive body of the cluster and it is composed of the representatives of the founding members. The Governing Board directs and manages cluster activities.<\/p><p><strong>Board of Supervisors<\/strong> &#8211; it is the supervisory body of the cluster and it is composed of three members elected by the General Assembly. The Board of Supervisors monitors cluster operations.<\/p><p><strong>Director<\/strong> &#8211; it is a statutory body of the cluster\u00a0acting on its behalf and representing the cluster externally.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
